About Delicious Hospitality Group

Based in New York City and founded by Chef Ryan Hardy, the Delicious Hospitality Group focuses on creating memorable hospitality experiences featuring an inventive culinary style and an extraordinary wine program.

The passionate team is dedicated to delivering delicious food, excellent wine, exceptional service, and a strong music line-up all in a fun, relaxed setting. Each project by the Delicious Hospitality Group is thoughtful, approachable and cohesive.

When Charlie Bird opened in Soho in 2013, a dream was realized for Hardy who traveled the world in an endless search of art, design and food, as he would incorporate hospitality in a new, authentic way led by details, color and a mission. This approach changed the New York dining scene and laid the groundwork for expansion for the group, first with Pasquale Jones wood-fired cuisine in Nolita and then Legacy Records, an upscale dining experience accompanied by Ada’s Place cocktail lounge and Easy Victor Café. In Summer 2022, Hardy and his team opened Bar Pasquale, a love letter to Sicily, next door to Pasquale Jones with sfincione-style pizza, handmade pastas, and plates inspired by travels around the Ionian Sea. 

The group continues to evolve and expand. In addition to brick and mortar locations, Delicious Hospitality Group experiences can be found on board JetBlue's Mint Class for US and International flights. Follow along, there are more exciting opportunities coming soon.
